It’s time for my weekly Keto update. I am hanging in there, but my thyroid is making weight loss tough. I got upset at first, but I know I will have weeks like this. I am going to push on and eat smaller meals. I will add more veggies and try new recipes. I made Keto salmon patties yesterday (So Good). I’ll add the recipe below.20190530_111222

Keto Salmon Patties

1 Can Salmon

1 Cup Heavy Cream

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 

1 egg


1/2 Cup Almond Flour

* Mix all together and make patties. Fry in Olive Oil.

My neighborhood walks have been on hold this week because of the rain. Also Chloe’s behavior has been like a roller coaster, making it hard to work out indoors. Hopefully that will get back on track ASAP. I love to go walking with my music 🎧 Very relaxing for me.

Beginning next week I will be posting more Keto and Gluten Free recipes. Hope they help those of you who are on this eating path.
