Keto Update Time😊
Good morning. So Keto is still going well. I had a few days when I had to many carbs, which slows down the weight loss, but trying to get back on track. I haven’t worked out for a few weeks because of some pain I am experiencing. I need to get back into it soon.
I’m still eating super simple and haven’t tried any new keto recipes yet. Hoping to very soon so I can share them with you. I will admit I do enjoy eating more simple meals. Not as tough to plan.
I have a specific goal set by my birthday at the end of August. I’m working hard to achieve it. I’ve already met my first 2 goals😊
